This year, Pantone’s Living Coral was voted to be the colour of 2019. Whilst we don’t tend to push trends on clients, we think that the original Georgians’ love of bright, deep hues means that this colour would work well if you’re looking for a modern twist on your Georgian interior design.

Here’s a few hints from the team at Etons of Bath:

Look for classic wallpaper or fabric patterns, updated with this newly popular colour

Pick a coral velvet for an occasional chair or use on accessories such as cushions

Team with complementary greens or take a more tonal approach and combine with peach, rose and maroon. Rich creams and off-whites will keep the scheme fresh and clean
